About The Position

SmartStyle Salon, conveniently located inside Walmart, is a premier salon offering high-quality hair services. Our team of passionate and talented professional hairstylists is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. This role involves providing exceptional leadership, guest service, understanding guest needs, performing quality consultations, and executing services efficiently and professionally. Franchise owner Requis Inc. is one of the largest and most loved Salon Franchises in the US with over 500 employees Nationwide.

Requirements

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations
• Desire to lead a salon
• Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math
• Good eyesight to observe a guest’s hair, including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus
• Comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs
• Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments
