About The Position

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking Licensed and Licensed Eligible Clinicians for its newest outpatient clinical site, the CHD Griswold Center. This center will collaborate with the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) serving the Palmer, MA area and the Quaboag Hills region. The role involves leading person-centered treatment planning within an integrated multidisciplinary team to support individuals in a community-based mental health program. The integrated team includes licensed clinicians, nurses, housing specialists, peer/family specialists, and direct care/residential staff, all working collaboratively to provide person-centered, evidence-based services to support treatment goals.

Requirements

• Ease of use with electronic health record
• All candidates must pass driving record and background check
• Willingness to work on site
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or family therapy.
• Candidates must be licensed or license eligible, i.e., LICSW, Psychologist (Ph. D/Psy, D), LCSW, LMHC or LMFT
