About The Position
Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking Licensed and Licensed Eligible Clinicians for its newest outpatient clinical site, the CHD Griswold Center. This center will serve the Palmer, MA area and the Quaboag Hills region. As a Clinician, you will lead person-centered treatment planning within an integrated multidisciplinary team to support individuals in a community-based mental health program. The integrated team includes licensed clinicians, nurses, housing specialists, peer/family specialists, and direct care and residential staff, all working collaboratively to provide person-centered, evidence-based services to support treatment goals.
Requirements
- Ease of use with electronic health record
- Must pass driving record and background check
- Willingness to work on site
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or family therapy.
- Must be licensed or license eligible, i.e., LICSW, Psychologist (Ph. D/Psy, D), LCSW, LMHC or LMFT
