About The Position
We’re hiring a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I in Lowell, Massachusetts who wants structured hours, meaningful patient impact, and strong loan repayment support. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on individual therapy and substance use counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. You’ll treat anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence cases, parent-child conflict, serious mental illness, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Your schedule includes built-in administrative time and full support staff so you can focus on patient care.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts LADCI license.
- Enjoy working with patients ages 18 and up.
- Value trauma-informed, team-based care.
- Confident managing outpatient caseload expectations.
- New graduates are welcome if fully licensed.
Responsibilities
