About The Position

Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is a 124-bed hospital dedicated to elevating the standard of care for its community. Founded in 2018 and located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, the hospital offers inpatient and outpatient treatment for mental health and addiction to patients of all ages. The hospital is growing and seeking licensed therapists to join their team and guide patients on their journey of recovery in a beautiful new facility with state-of-the-art equipment.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work or similar field required.
NV LICENSURE REQUIRED
History of working/running groups.

Nice To Haves

Minimum one (1) year previous experience as a therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

Create curriculum for groups based on evidenced-based modalities.
Provide psycho-therapeutic services to patients and their families.
Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team, supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy.
Ensure the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families.
Evaluate patient data, develop and implement a plan of care for the patient.
Complete progress notes and discharge plans in a timely fashion.
Ensure compliance with all treatment plan requirements, including weekly review and updates with the patient.
Document treatment provided to patients in their medical record based on established case management guidelines.
Complete all reports for suspected abuse as legally mandated and consistently inform supervisor.
