About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join our growing New York team! Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period! Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service (FFS) Outpatient Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions to treat youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work
  • LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY Required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
  • Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
  • Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
