License and title all new vehicles and equipment at AEP. This includes title changes as required when vehicles become company owned, when vehicles move from one Operating Company to another, or when a lease is refinanced. This role requires knowledge of Federal Regulations and different state laws governing licenses and titles, including Apportion plates, Cab cards, IRP plates, and compliance with the Federal 2290 form. The ability to work without direct supervision, communicate via electronic mail, and maintain thorough documentation is crucial for the timely processing of licenses and titles. Organization is critical as each vehicle must be tracked until title and license has been received by Fleet. This role also involves receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing license and titles.
