About The Position
Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to launch and grow its local football operation in Northern Virginia. This opportunity is intended for someone who wants to build and operate a business in their community, grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally, and make playing football accessible and convenient. The License Owner will work with Stranger Soccer’s Singapore headquarters, with support from its operations and technology teams. Stranger Soccer uses an app that lets players discover games, book a spot, and turn up to play. Founded in Singapore, the company is expanding across cities worldwide and aims to make playing football as easy as going for a jog.
Requirements
- Passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business.
- Ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
- Strong drive, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Northern Virginia.
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues.
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Work closely with the Singapore headquarters, supported by operations and technology teams.
