About The Position

This opportunity involves building and managing a local team, securing football venues, growing the player community, overseeing game operations, and delivering a strong player experience. The License Owner will work with Stranger Soccer’s Singapore headquarters and receive support from its operations and technology teams. The role is intended for someone passionate about football and interested in building and operating a local business.

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Fairfield County.
• Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
• Secure suitable football venues.
• Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Work closely with the Singapore headquarters, supported by operations and technology teams.
