About The Position

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented License and Title Specialist to process and submit registration documents to the purchaser's state of residence, ensuring newly acquired vehicles are registered within strict state deadlines. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all vehicle documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Ability to consistently meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive or RV title experience preferred, but not required
• Prior automotive or RV dealership experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
• Prepare tax and title documents
• Check applications for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain schedule notes on unprocessed transactions
• Maintain title records for inventory vehicles
• Follow up with banks, customers, auctions, and wholesalers on missing inventory titles
• Coordinate with customers, sales staff, and the DMV to resolve title-related issues
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to vehicle titles
• Perform other duties as assigned
