About The Position
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to assist with a library book relocation project. This position involves moving books from one area of the library to another while maintaining their exact order throughout the process. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Previous library, stocking, inventory, or shelving experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Remove books from shelves and place them on a book cart in the correct order.
- Transport books using a rolling cart and elevator to the 5th floor.
- Reshelve books in their proper sequence and location.
- Ensure all materials remain organized and correctly ordered during the move.
- Handle library materials carefully to prevent damage.
- Follow all safety procedures while moving carts and shelving materials.
