About The Position

Archives Library Work Study students support the operation of the Flagler College Archives and the organization, preservation, digitization, and accessibility of materials in the College Archives and Archives Special Collections. This position preserves and widens access to the College's unique historical assets and serves as pre-professional training for students entering the information professions. This position carries real responsibility and builds a durable, transferable skill set. Students are trusted with consequential tasks and leave with professional experience that translates directly to their careers. Student worker positions provide valuable on-campus employment opportunities that support departments while helping students develop professional skills. These roles are intended to enhance the student experience through meaningful work aligned with academic and career interests.
