About The Position
The Library Aide supports Collection Management at University Libraries by repairing and maintaining books and other library materials. The schedule is flexible and can be arranged around classes and other obligations. This is an on-campus position that provides support to campus customers; the successful candidate must be available to perform the essential job functions on campus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work on campus and perform the position’s essential job functions there.
Nice To Haves
- Previous library experience.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to focus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of materials for the circulating collection.
- Perform basic repairs of damaged materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
