Boeing is seeking Mid-Career or Senior Liaison Engineers to support production and in-service engineering activities at Kennedy Space Center, Florida. This role is responsible for applying engineering principles to evaluate and resolve product and process issues, support root cause analysis, and develop dispositions for non-conforming conditions. This position is intended for candidates with strong engineering fundamentals, aerospace problem-solving experience, and the ability to support liaison engineering activities in a mission-critical environment. The selected candidate will work closely with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams to help ensure design intent, safety, and mission success are maintained in a high-tempo aerospace environment. This position will be either 2nd or 3rd shift. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Flexible hours may be required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on program or Operational needs. The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
