About The Position

Lawrence Hall is a Chicago-based nonprofit social services agency that provides therapeutic, wellness, and skill development services to youth, families, and communities impacted by trauma. Lawrence Hall fosters a culture built upon the principles of the Children and Residential Experiences (CARE) model and the core values of Respect, Empowerment, Safety, and Teamwork. Together, these principles are embedded throughout our trauma-informed philosophy and guide how we serve youth and families, support one another as colleagues, and partner with our community. Our Older Adolescent Program (OAP) supports young adults ages 17-21 as they prepare for successful independent living. Through a youth-guided, strengths-based approach, the program helps participants build the life skills, confidence, and support systems needed to transition into adulthood and achieve long-term stability. As an OAP Site Coordinator, you will provide leadership and oversight for one or more independent living program sites, ensuring youth receive the support, structure, and guidance needed to achieve their goals. This role supervises staff, coordinates services, supports treatment planning, and fosters a therapeutic environment grounded in trauma-informed care and positive youth development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring both youth and staff, leading a team, and helping young adults develop the skills necessary for independent and successful futures.
