About The Position

The LG Home Theater Expert works in a Best Buy retail store to promote, demonstrate, and sell home theater products, with an emphasis on the LG brand. Best Buy provides training to build product expertise. The specialist explains complex technology in accessible terms to help customers understand the value of each product and works with sales associates to share LG product knowledge and help prepare the team to assist customers.

The role requires maintaining current knowledge of home theater technology, keeping the department organized and customer-ready, educating team members about LG products, and providing product and customer-engagement feedback to vendor partners and market teams through calls and in-person meetings. The schedule may include holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.
