Lexus Mainline Technician / Mechanic
About The Position
Kendall Lexus of Eugene is seeking a team-oriented and experienced ASE Certified mid-senior level technician, preferably with Lexus or Toyota dealership experience, for a rare opening. This is not an entry-level role. The technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and completing maintenance and repairs on Lexus and non-Lexus vehicles. Candidates should be comfortable using various computer systems and diagnostic tools, communicate effectively with teammates, maintain clear documentation, possess a can-do attitude, and demonstrate a strong commitment to Lexus quality standards. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. The work is performed indoors in a shop environment, requiring the use of mechanic's hand and power tools, and involves standing and walking for the entire shift. Frequent pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling will be necessary to access all parts of vehicles. Lifting, pushing, and pulling weights and forces from 20 to 100 pounds will be required occasionally.
Requirements
- ASE Certified
- Mid-senior level technician experience
- Lexus or Toyota dealership experience preferred
- Comfortable learning and using a variety of computer systems and diagnostic tools
- Ability to effectively communicate with teammates
- Clear documentation skills
- Can-do attitude
- Strong commitment to meet Lexus quality standards
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
