Requirements

High school diploma required
Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task, and plan/prioritize work
Effective interpersonal skills
Valid Driver’s License
Must complete Lexus certification within the first 30 days and keep current
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

Responsibilities

Schedule and establish set times for service appointments for technical reviews and/ or additional training
Record information relative to each technical review in customer database
Provide training to customers to ensure they understand the value of the equipment and how to use it
Review and explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable
Provide technical training to sales, service and other employees as assigned by management
Maintain high customer service standards (CSI) and handle phone inquiries regarding appointment and work in process
Perform any administrative duties as assigned
