About The Position

This role involves repairing vehicles in a safe, efficient, and ethical manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing authorized repairs, documenting work, and meeting production metrics. Additionally, the role includes mentoring and training junior technicians.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Maintain ASE and/or manufacturer-required certifications and stay up to date with all manufacturer technical data and service bulletins.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations.
• Read and understand customer complaints, diagnose issues, and advise findings.
• Complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy.
• Return warranty parts to the parts department and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs.
• Properly document all repairs using internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation.
• Meet all flat-rate hour production-based metrics as prescribed by Management.
• Act as a leader, mentor, and trainer to employees in the Technician, Lube Technician, and Apprentice Technician roles.
