Leveraged Finance - Junior Mid-Level Associate
About The Position
The US Leveraged Finance team is seeking 2nd and 3rd year leveraged finance associates to join their team in New York. This team works on cutting-edge, complex financings for both borrower-side clients (including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, and growth companies) and lender-side clients (private credit funds and other alternative lenders). The group is versatile and represents clients across all industry sectors on a mix of large cap, middle market, and growth equity transactions. In addition to traditional US-focused financings, the group collaborates with global colleagues on complex, multijurisdictional transactions. They are looking for smart, thoughtful, motivated, detail-oriented team players who are excited to be part of a growing team.
