Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft 365 expertise
  • Experience with AI/LLMs and workflow automation
  • Windows & Mac proficiency (Linux a plus)
  • A cybersecurity mindset (Security+ or willingness to earn it)
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance required.
  • Able to lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure across diverse client environments
  • Leverage AI tools (including ChatGPT and automation platforms) to enhance efficiency

  • Document, improve, and innovate processes
