The Air Dominance development, strategic capabilities, and international portfolio represents ~$145M of annual sales and roughly 330 heads supporting various contracts with a strong backlog and outlook. The supporting finance organization is looking for a detail oriented professional to join their team to help drive successful earned value program execution and program cost controls. The individual will have a key role in the pursuit, setup and execution of multiple contracts while providing critical financial oversight and guidance for the programs they support. This position offers relocation assistance.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Experience in handling large data sets in interpreting and analyzing financial data

  • Experience with financial planning and key metrics (Bookings, Sales, Earnings & Cash)
  • Ability to identify issues and implement corrective action plans that produce positive results
  • Experience with EVMS implementation, cost, and schedule reporting
  • Experience with Program Management (PMX) Tool Suite
  • Proactive and demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve
  • Work under general direction and participate in determining objectives of assignment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Program Management and Functional Leads to successfully execute contractual Earned Value programs.
  • Supporting weapon system integration, software development, platform integration, infrastructure maintenance, and flight test support.
  • This position requires strong skills with cost and schedule management, forecasting, communicating, and working collaboratively with team members aligning both functionally and programmatically.
