Headquarters in New Jersey, we also have office locations in Maryland, Washington D.C., and California. We are seeking a motivated Level 1 Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience within a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users across multiple office locations. Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining applications, PCs, printers, peripherals, and networking equipment. Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues; escalate when necessary. Guide users through solutions and ensure timely issue resolution with follow-up communication. Maintain accurate network and system documentation. Work within multi-layered security protocols to ensure system integrity and data protection. Assist with network deployments, upgrades, and general maintenance activities (including backups). Support user onboarding, training setup, and general IT guidance. Collaborate with higher-level support teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
