Requirements

  • 2-4 years' of help desk experience.
  • Windows 10
  • Microsoft Office 2010 + (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong Hardware Skills (PC, Notebook, mobile devices)
  • Windows Network troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and crawl under desks if necessary
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Some seasonal local and over night travel may be required

Nice To Haves

  • iOS and Android knowledge
  • A+ and or Network+ Certification

Responsibilities

  • Serves as an initial point of contact for troubleshooting IT related problems including hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
  • Manage and update tickets
  • Escalate issues/tickets to upper level Help Desk
  • Provide support in person, over the phone, and using remote control helpdesk software.
  • Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot PC's.
  • Other duties assigned by management.
