New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) is seeking an IT Help Desk (Level 1) professional. The incumbent provides support services for all of NHMB, including our affiliates, The Merrimack, MVSB, Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW), and NHTrust. This position offers a hybrid work schedule based in New Hampshire. The successful applicant will have working knowledge of network systems and the ability to collaborate across all functional groups and employee levels. In this role, you will work closely with our Information Technology team and our internal customers to provide assistance in navigating system related issues.
