Level 1 Helpdesk Technician Are you the person your friends and family call when their Wi-Fi stops working? Then we might have the perfect job for you. We're looking for a friendly, curious problem-solver to join our helpdesk team. You don't need to know everything - just bring a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and enough tech savvy to tell the difference between a monitor and a modem. What you'll be doing: You'll be the first point of contact for people who need tech help. That means answering questions, walking folks through fixes, and making someone's frustrating day a little better. Think of yourself as a tech translator - turning "it's broken" into "ah, here's what happened and here's how we fix it."
