About The Position
Team Next Level, a locally owned Domino’s franchise serving western and eastern Oklahoma, is seeking a Level 1 Assistant Manager to help lead a high-volume store and develop toward future General Manager opportunities. The role supports daily store operations, helps inspire and develop team members, and focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. The position includes an up to 16-week training program covering store management. During training, pay is $14 per hour. After training, placement is at Level 1, starting at $14 per hour, or Level 2, starting at $15 per hour, based on training performance and readiness. The posting also lists starting pay of $14–$16 per hour, up to 45 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth into General Manager roles.
