About The Position

An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, an award winning estate and lettings agency based in Clifton, Bristol. We are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to assist with helping prospective tenants find the right property. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career within the property industry with no previous experience required. You will be the point of contact for inbound enquiries, arranging and carrying viewings across Bristol. We are looking for a motivated candidate with excellent communication skills; the rest our client can teach.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Able to prioritise workload efficiently
• Strong organisation skills
• Good local knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Problem solver
• Good IT skills
• Full UK Drivers license and own car

Responsibilities

• Conducting viewings
• Registering new applicants
• Negotiating move in dates
• Maintain and develop strong relationships.
