You'll help bring sign designs to life through fabrication, assembly, welding, wiring, and quality craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Sign, fabrication, welding, or related trades
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-focused mindset and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble channel letters and illuminated signage
• Bend, form, weld, and assemble aluminum components
• Install and test LED lighting and electrical wiring
• Read blueprints, drawings, and shop specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements
