About The Position
The Les Mills BODYPUMP Instructor teaches at the Jim & Heather Gills YMCA in St. Petersburg, Florida. The position requires current Les Mills BODYPUMP Instructor Certification and the ability to connect with and serve participants from different backgrounds and with different abilities, opinions, and perceptions. Candidates must pass a 10-panel drug screen and obtain Level 2 background clearance through Florida DCF.
Requirements
- Current Les Mills BODYPUMP Instructor Certification.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions.
- Ability to build rapport, inspire, and relate well to others.
- Pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Clear a Level 2 background check through Florida DCF.
