About The Position
The Les Mills BODYPUMP Instructor leads BODYPUMP classes at the Jim & Heather Gills YMCA in St. Petersburg, Florida. The role requires current Les Mills BODYPUMP Instructor Certification and strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills. Instructors should be able to work effectively with people from different backgrounds and abilities, build rapport, and inspire and relate well to others. Employment is part-time, with pay of $20.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience and certifications. A 10-panel drug screen and Level 2 background clearance through Florida DCF are required.
Requirements
- Current Les Mills BODYPUMP Instructor Certification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions.
- Ability to build rapport, inspire, and relate well to others.
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Must clear a Level 2 background check through Florida DCF.
