The Lending System Administrator serves as a technology expert for assigned enterprise lending applications to assist business units with development and ongoing support. They promote and facilitate communication and collaboration between and among department and users to maximize efficient and effective use of information technology in pursuit of Credit Union goals and objectives. This role will support the department’s strategic goals from a system perspective. This position is responsible for planning, designing, developing, testing and launching efficient lending systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems’ requirements. It also includes business process management responsibilities. This position applies proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of department system investments. They also interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful completion, installation, and implementation in accordance with business requirements.
