About The Position

This role will begin in our Quinton location, where the selected candidate will complete training and become established in their lending responsibilities. As they grow in the position, their primary work location could transition to our Stigler branch. Over time, this role is could evolve into a floating position, providing support to both the Quinton and Stigler locations based on business needs.

Requirements

• Approval levels for loan requests.
• Ability to prepare loan requests for loan committee or appropriate authority.
• Experience in collections, including contacting past-due customers, sending notices, creating workout plans, recommending repossession, and coordinating repossession/foreclosure efforts.
• Ability to inspect livestock and/or equipment.
• Familiarity with security programs of the bank.
• Experience with administration of guaranty loan documentation renewal requirements, including financial statements, profit and loss statements, cash flows, and credit analysis.
• Experience with community outreach, call programs, advertising, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers who request consumer, agricultural, commercial and mortgage loans, to the extent of your approval levels.
• If a loan request is beyond your level, please prepare a request that can be submitted to the loan committee or a lender who has the appropriate authority needed.
• Collections, including maintaining contact with past-due customers, sending notices, creating workout plans, recommending repossession, and coordinating repossession/foreclosure efforts with the appropriate vendors.
• Inspections of livestock and/or equipment.
• Assist (or act as) Security Officer with administration and testing of the security programs of the bank.
• Assist with the administration of guaranty loan documentation renewal requirements. For example, financial statements, profit and loss statements, cash flows and credit analysis.
• Assist with community outreach – call programs, advertising and marketing.
• Any other tasks or assignments as directed by supervisors or senior officers.
