The Specialty Services Analyst will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule (remote/onsite) after a period of training and performance evaluations. Training will take place at the RBFCU Administrative Service Center. To successfully work from home, employees must have access to a minimum internet connection as noted by RBFCU, a reliable home internet provider to hard wire a connection to (Ethernet cable provided), and a workspace that is safe, suitable for work, and within a distraction-free environment. The Analyst is responsible for working requests received under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). The Analyst will work collaboratively with business units to answer questions related to FCRA and SCRA requests, and ensure the credit union follows all applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations through research, testing, data analytics, and project task fulfillment.
