This position is required to work in the La Crete branch office. However, periodically may be asked to work in other AFSC branches. Travel in these circumstances will be reimbursed according to AFSC’s Employee and Board of Directors Expense Policy. Reporting to the regional Team Lead Lending, the Lending Associate is responsible for supporting the lending team with all lending administrative responsibilities. This includes the collection of client information, the preparation of loan submissions and documents and ongoing portfolio administration. With a dedicated focus on lending, incumbents will strengthen their lending acumen and develop a deep understanding of client needs. What will your growth opportunities look like in this role? As a Lending Associate you will have the opportunity to support the lending process from application to payout. Working with a group of lenders you will contribute toward the achievement of established lending targets. In this role you will work with lenders and clients with a focus on creating a seamless and efficient client experiences. A Lending Associate will be immersed in the entire lending process which provides opportunity to advance into a Relationship Manager Lending Role.
