About The Position

Panelmatic, Inc. designs and builds custom electrical, instrument, and pneumatic control panels for manufacturing industries. The Legends position creates and applies accurate, high-quality labels to products, packaging, and displays for equipment manufactured at the Conroe facility. The role ensures items are identified according to customer specifications and quality standards, supporting on-time delivery and a professional finished product. The work is performed in a manufacturing production environment, split between the shop floor and a labeling workstation. The position works closely with production, wiring, and quality teams to meet build schedules and labeling requirements. Conditions include moderate noise, moving equipment, and typical manufacturing exposure. Safety glasses and safety-toe footwear are required on the production floor. Travel is minimal to none.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years of experience designing labels.
Two or more years of experience using labeling tools and equipment.
Two or more years of experience attaching labels and legends to equipment, products, and packaging.
One or more years of experience with Corel Draw, AutoCAD, or similar drafting computer programs.
Advanced experience in MS Office and Adobe.
Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical, observational, and active-listening skills.
High reliability and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks.
Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds or more; stoop and bend; and sit, stand, and walk for four or more hours at a time.
Excellent manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

Design and create labels and legends.
Print TB markers and wire sleeves.
Maintain inventory levels for labeling and legends.
Attach labels and legends to equipment, products, and packaging.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
