About The Position

The Legends position creates and applies accurate, high-quality labels to products, packaging, and displays for equipment manufactured at Panelmatic’s Conroe facility. The role ensures items are identified correctly in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards, supporting on-time delivery and a professional finished product. The position designs and creates labels and legends, prints terminal block (TB) markers and wire sleeves, maintains labeling and legend inventory, and attaches labels to equipment, products, and packaging. It works in a manufacturing production environment, splitting time between the shop floor and a labeling workstation, and collaborates with production, wiring, and quality teams to meet build schedules and labeling requirements. Minimal to no travel is required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years of experience designing labels.
Two or more years of experience using labeling tools and equipment.
Two or more years of experience attaching labels and legends to equipment, products, and packaging.
One or more years of experience using Corel Draw, AutoCAD, or similar drafting computer programs.
Advanced experience in MS Office and Adobe.
Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical, observational, and active-listening skills.
High reliability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks.
Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds or more; stoop and bend; and sit, stand, and walk for four or more hours at a time.

Responsibilities

Design and create labels and legends.
