This role serves as the primary point of contact for incoming requests to the department for various word processing-related projects. The Legal Workflow Coordinator will be responsible for formatting, proofreading, editing, styling, printing, and converting documents to images (PDF). This position requires coordinating, assigning, distributing, prioritizing, tracking, and expediting workload within the department, as well as interfacing with requesters to gather detailed information and analyze requests to determine the best approach for task completion. The role involves directing requests to appropriate resources, coordinating with local and off-site office services, and assisting with proofreading and quality control during high-volume periods. The Legal Workflow Coordinator must deliver projects within negotiated timeframes and perform other related duties and special projects as assigned, while maintaining thorough knowledge of all firm-supported software packages.
