The Legal Talent Assistant will work closely with the Director of Professional Development and the Attorney Development Manager to provide logistical, reporting and administrative support of the Firm’s training and professional development initiatives. This role involves assisting with the organization of workshops, retreats, and other Firm programming, coordinating logistics such as scheduling, invitations, presenter liaison, and room reservations. The assistant will also support the Firm’s Mentoring Program, maintain content on the Attorney Development intranet page, manage the Firm training/event calendar, and handle the uploading and archiving of Firm training materials. Tracking information in spreadsheets, charts, and databases is also a key responsibility, along with assuming other responsibilities as needed to support the Professional Development team and performing other duties as assigned. Consistency in attendance during regularly scheduled working hours and as needed is expected.
