WHAT YOU BRING Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of administrative, program support, data, reporting, or case management systems experience, preferably in a legal services, nonprofit, or public interest setting. Experience supporting grants, contracts, compliance reporting, case management systems, or program administration strongly preferred. Experience working with LegalServer or another case management database strongly preferred. Demonstrated commitment to social justice and serving low-income, immigrant, and underserved communities preferred. QualificationsABOUT THE ROLE Under the direction of the Vice President of Programs or designee, the Legal Services Program Specialist provides administrative, data, reporting, and operational support for AJSOCAL’s legal services programs. This position supports the delivery of legal services by assisting with LegalServer data integrity, case-related reporting, grant and State Bar reporting, records organization, and program coordination for legal services units. This position is directly connected to the administration, tracking, reporting, and support of AJSOCAL’s legal services programs. The Legal Services Program Specialist will help ensure that legal services data, case information, and program records are accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with reporting and compliance requirements. This is fixed term position and IS covered under the Collective Bargaining Unit.
