The Legal Secretary will be responsible for preparing and editing legal documents and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, managing schedules and deadlines, and providing administrative support within a legal environment. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of ABA Litigation Codes, and prior litigation experience, including electronic filing systems in Alabama state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will be client-service focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines.
