About The Position
One of Nevada’s largest and premiere Law Firms has an opening for an Experienced Legal Secretary to work in the Family Law Division. This firm is a full-service firm representing clients in almost every area of law including Businesses and Individuals. If you have 2-4 plus years of experience in Family Law, we would like to hear from you. This firm provides an excellent benefit package which includes Health, Dental, Eye, 401K, Paid Holidays, PTO and more. Salary is negotiable $60-75K or more, DOE. Requirements
- 2-4 years of Legal Secretary Experience in Family Law
- Computer savvy in MSWord programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding client services skills
- Excellent formatting, proofreading and editing skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drafting and editing correspondence
- Assisting in compiling legal documents
- Filing pleadings with the applicable court
- Managing the Attorney’s Calendar
- E-filing
- Handling telephone calls w/clients, opposing counsel and courts
- Maintaining and updating client files
