About The Position

One of Nevada’s largest and premiere Law Firms has an opening for an Experienced Legal Secretary to work in the Family Law Division.

This firm is a full-service firm representing clients in almost every area of law including Businesses and Individuals.

If you have 2-4 plus years of experience in Family Law, we would like to hear from you.

Salary is negotiable $60-75K or more, DOE.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of Legal Secretary Experience in Family Law
• Computer savvy in MSWord programs
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding client services skills
• Excellent formatting, proofreading and editing skills
• Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drafting and editing correspondence
• Assisting in compiling legal documents
• Filing pleadings with the applicable court
• Managing the Attorney’s Calendar
• E-filing
• Handling telephone calls w/clients, opposing counsel and courts
• Maintaining and updating client files
