In this role, you will assist in providing contract support to internal stakeholders related to third-party data contracting, regulatory, and compliance or governance matters.
Requirements
- Knowledge of contracts/agreements terms and conditions required.
- Contract review experience required.
- Acute attention to detail needed.
- Proficient in Excel.
Responsibilities
- Review contracts and identify special stipulations and terms.
- Document contract stipulations in a centralized location.
- Manage archiving of accurate contract information of data usage rights in the third-party data agreement warehouse.
- Provide administrative and clerical support as requested.
