About The Position

Carr Allison is seeking an in-house Legal Recruiter to support its offices throughout the Southeastern United States. This role is crucial in assisting and enhancing the law office with recruiting responsibilities. Responsibilities

• All recruiting for Attorneys.
• Scheduling, coordinating, and conducting interviews along-side of attorneys.
• All posting and preparation of advertisements for open attorney positions throughout the firm.
• Coordinating of any recruiting events that may be beneficial.
• Coordinating with attorneys on staffing as it relates to attorney needs.
