About The Position

A trust and estates Legal Practice Assistant provides support to estate planning and fiduciary litigation attorneys by assisting with all aspects of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and fiduciary litigation matters. As a trust and estate Legal Practice Assistant, your job duties may include preparation of indexed PDFs, tracking of financial information in Excel, communicating with court clerks and with clients, filing probate pleadings and litigation pleadings, communicating with clients to set meetings, calendar management, and assisting with the review and preparation of invoices for trust and estate clients, as well as managing other administrative tasks on behalf of your supervising attorneys.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two plus years of experience in a professional services firm
