About The Position

Cozen O’Connor offers an excellent opportunity for a Legal Practice Assistant with strong Litigation and Executive Support experience to join and support their Emerging Data Privacy Trends Team. This position is based in Philadelphia and will provide support to the team’s Chair and Vice Chair, who are located in Chicago, as well as other team members across California, DC, New York, Miami, and Philadelphia. The ideal candidate is expected to be team-oriented, an enthusiastic self-starter capable of multitasking under time constraints with exceptional attention to detail. They should be able to take initiative, think strategically and independently, and interact professionally with clients and all levels of the Firm. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills to assist attorneys in various aspects of the practice group.
