About The Position

BridgeBio's Legal and Compliance function is scaling rapidly, and the supporting tools, systems, and workflows need to scale with it. This role will support the end-to-end build-out of the legal technology stack, combining project and program management discipline with the technical depth to directly support these initiatives. The position will help define use cases and workflows that do not yet exist, with the latitude to project manage the build-outs and integrations effectively from the start. • Technical aptitude to configure, administer, and troubleshoot legal technology platforms directly.
  • Clear point of view on how the right tools change legal practice.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for CLM, including end-to-end workflow configuration, template management, metadata governance, routing logic, user permissions, and repository integrity.
  • Support the end-to-end implementation of the contract management tool, including system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and budgets for CLM and other legal technology projects.
  • Proactively monitor the product roadmap for CLM; evaluate new features, provide recommendations for adoption to the CLM Steering Committee, and champion adoption.
  • Analyze contracting data and usage patterns to identify inefficiencies and recommend structural workflow improvements to the CLM Steering Committee for approval, implementing approved changes to reduce cycle times and attorney involvement in routine tasks.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements from attorneys and stakeholders into clear, functional workflows.
  • Track and report on CLM performance metrics, including cycle times, self-service rates, routing accuracy, and adoption trends, delivering actionable reporting to legal leadership and the CLM Steering Committee.
  • Maintain data integrity and governance standards across the contract repository.
  • Support integrations with CRM, ERP, procurement, e-signature, and document management platforms.

  • Serve as the primary administrator of all legal technology tools, including evaluating, implementing, and maintaining the legal tech stack in coordination with the Head of Legal & Compliance Operations.
  • Provide input to the legal technology roadmap based on team operational priorities and broader enterprise systems.
  • Coordinate with IT, Procurement, and external vendors on tool integrations, license management, and system configurations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms that surface operational insights to legal leadership.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations of identified legal technology platforms.
  • Lead regular training curriculum and exercises to optimize AI tool adoption by the Legal team.
  • Implement AI-assisted workflows to automate routine legal tasks, including contract review support, intake triage, document generation, and knowledge retrieval.
  • Serve as an internal expert on responsible AI adoption, adhering to established governance standards, use-case guardrails, and evaluation frameworks for new AI tools in conjunction with the Head of Legal & Compliance Operations.
  • Partner with the Head of Legal & Compliance Operations to identify automation opportunities and translate them into implemented, measurable workflow improvements.
  • Stay current on developments in legal AI and surface relevant tools and capabilities to the Head of Legal & Compliance Operations for strategic consideration.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable legal operations processes, including intake workflows, legal request triage, template libraries, playbooks, and knowledge management systems.
  • Build and maintain enablement materials—including training guides, workflow documentation, and self-service resources—to improve adoption and reduce attorney time spent on operational questions.
  • Identify process gaps and implement structural solutions, rather than one-off fixes, with an eye toward repeatability and scale.
