As a Legal Operations Specialist with OrthoArizona, you will get to:
Ensure organization and completeness of case files.
Upload imaging (DICOM files) for cases, ensuring completeness.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all medical records/imaging related inquiries.
Able to prioritize based on urgency of the case files (deadlines, appointments, etc.)
Able to work ahead and be sure that records are received in a timely manner.
Other clerical/operational duties as needed.
Able to track records received as well as anything pending.

Requirements

• Experience with Outlook, Work, Google Drive, and PDF.
• Detailed oriented
• Extremely organized.

Responsibilities
