About The Position

The Legal Operations Processor will work in a team environment executing the day-to-day processing of Integrity’s entity licensing, Secretary of State filings, DBA filings, and certificate of insurance requests. This is an entry-point role focused on accurately and efficiently completing high-volume, transactional tasks under the guidance of Legal Operations Coordinators and Senior Processors. The Processor must have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn state-specific licensing, filing, and regulatory processes, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. This role requires the ability to follow established procedures and playbooks closely while building the foundational knowledge needed to grow within the department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume, repetitive tasks
  • Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures closely
  • Friendly, professional customer service attitude
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new processes, state forms, and technology systems (including NIPR and SIRCON)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • prior experience in insurance licensing, legal operations, or administrative support is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process new insurance license applications, renewals, and change requests (including DRLP forms, address changes, and changes of directors/officers) directly on state systems, NIPR, or SIRCON
  • Prepare and submit routine Secretary of State filings, including annual/biennial reports and registered agent updates, under the direction of a Coordinator or Senior Processor
  • Prepare and file routine DBA (“doing business as”) registrations and renewals, and update the department’s tracking logs
  • Assist with issuing certificates of insurance based on established templates and instructions, ensuring accuracy of named insureds and coverage details
  • Respond to routine internal queries regarding license, filing, and certificate status, escalating more complex questions to a Coordinator or Senior Processor
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of licenses, filings, and certificates within department systems
  • Follow department playbooks and standard operating procedures, flagging inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement to the team
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to licensing and legal operations as needed
  • Meet individual productivity and quality goals within expected deadlines and SLAs
